I am Rahul kumar singh working as Branch manager at Allahabad bank posted at midnapore ,resident of ranchi .i purchased one Reliance 3G prepaid SIM from Reliance store located at ratu road, ranchi on 11/07/2014.I submitted my voter ID as proof of residence and ID. after 1hr the verification call was completed and my service was started. But on 18th july 2014 the reliance store representative called me and told to reverify my ID as there is no logo on my Voter iD Card else my connection will be stopped. As mater of fact in the first place my Voter ID card has logo which I also use various other places, secondly I paid them Rs 400 for this SIM. So, I want my money back as I have not utilized their service also it is not possible to get it reverified as I am posted faraway from ranchi. please help me.

Just my money and also a word of advice to these companies to verify the documents first hand, like we do in banks.
