I am a Vodafone customer from past 2.5 yrs. In month of may I got a call from Vodafone regarding new plan which company is proving me only for being a customer for so long. The plan was of 299rs which have 500 local + std minutes, 200 national SMS and 700mb 3G data after that speed of data will be reduced. I liked the plan and told to activate the plan. Everything was fine but when I saw my bill it was 628rs and there were no deduction on std calls. All the std calls were added into the bill. From that day I am asking Vodafone executive for answer but those people are giving unsatisfactory responses and saying that there were no std minutes in that tariff.
This caused loss of around 200rs in previous month and same will happen in current billing cycle because I received the bill after starting of current month billing cycle and plan can only be deactivated after that.
