I requested Reliance Big Dish TV for new remote for set-top-box. They charged me 325 in cash and also deducted 225 from my reliance digital TV account, but the actual charge for new remote is 225. They charged 325 extra from me, after complaining no one is responding.

This is a clear day light loot & robbery of innocent customers who are holding pre-paid accounts and I wonder how many such deductions happen across all over India and go un-noticed. I demand refund of 325 back to my reliance digital TV account immediately.
