Dear sir i somnath banerjee had purchased some product on 09.07.14 from reliance fresh through debit card but double debit has occurred on my bank a/c. When i talk with executive he reply me this is technical fault and your balance will be credited with 24 hours but till date no refund my amount is to be seen in my bank a/c.

So request you please solve the matter as soon as possible and for details please follow the attachment file. Kindly give me the refund amount ASAP.
