I registered my complaint about “Not able to watch channels” on 22/6/2014. The customer care promised me the resolution of my complaint within 48 hours but almost one week has passed and no one has come to my home for the resolution. I have called the customer care number repeatedly. Most of the time my call remains on hold and no one answers or even if I am able to connect the customer care executive asks me to wait for some more time. They do not provide the exact date and now it’s getting frustrating for me to deal with this sort of customer care response.
My complaint should be resolved at the earliest. Also, the money should not be deducted for the timeframe the services were not available.
