I Vikram Singh using reliance no 956997xxx from last 5-6 months.. I was talked to Customer care so many times, every time they send me a new complaint number but still i don’t get any resolution.. Once i was called to customer care and Mr. Aniket talked to me then he transferred my call to his senior Mr Pawan for better resolution but this smart guy Mr. Pawan had disconnected my call unnecessarily without giving any solution.. And after that I called again and Mr Surjit Kumar picked up and he gave me a fake Complaint no.. Kindly take some strict actions against Mr. Pawan and Mr Surjit Kumar.. I also got a message from reliance that wrong decrements of Rs 127.40 has been verified but still reliance didn’t give my money back and Now I’m not able to use my blackberry services properly activated on 956997xxx and when i called on technical customer care *389 it said your no is not valid.. and in regards i lodged so many requests i.e 22724xxx, 22724xx, 22732xx.. but still the results are zero.. On 25-11-14 i got a call from reliance and that fellow told me your problems would be resolved within 24 hours but till my money is not credited to my account

I want my money 127.40 back which reliance debited from my account 9569973xxx
