I am a customer using reliance broadband internet, my user id is 39638 8893543 connection registered on the name of sanjay garg, My connection is not working from around a month and i had registered 10 to 12 complaints already but there is no one who can resolve the complaint.I requested technician visit so many times but the technician mr.yogesh(9310126435) never visited and when i tried to call him he blocked my mobile number.He always talks rudely. He said that he can not do anything.I registered many complaints by calling reliance customer care but result was none.I request you to take strict action towards the company and the technician mr.yogesh.

This month bill,The bill which i have paid for the service was totally wasted as i had registered many complaints but no response is there.

I want my money back for this month and i want that such kind of people like yogesh should not work in the company as they always keep on misguiding the consumers.
