I did this booking on 20 dec 2015, it was a 790 sq ft, 2 bhk in T-4, 1311. This booking was done under my name that is karan kumar. First they told me loan would be done within a month, when nothing happened they started giving excuses to me. when I told them to cancel booking they denied to refund booking amount of 45000, I then told them that I would complain in police and consumer court, they then started giving excuses that you would receive the amount soon. I paid them through cheque standard chartered bank. cheque no. 000019

After this booking, My wife has been hospitalized once, I met with an accident, I am under terrible economic pressure. INSPITE of my informing them abut all the situation they are not ready to pay.
