Tikona Broadband – No Customer Care

I’m getting disconnection of Tikona broadband internet at daily basis, daily i am calling to customer care to fix my problem but they are not picking my can if they pics but after taking some time, so they are wasting my time and they are not providing me any permanent solution.and its happening every day,purposefully they are doing this.

They should be punished in terms of fine and improve the service quality.
