I am using Reliance Broadband fix line connection from last one year paying bills regularly on time, my subscriber No. is 361339535975. from last two months my connection not working. making complaints.They are providing complaint numbers regularly. there is no action till date every complaint docket no. is automatically closing without my concern and new one generated and so called ans. is will resolve it in 24 hrs. everyday i am making complaints. new complaint docket no is 228498371.

They are not accepting my written complaint and miss guiding me asking for payment during non use period without taking any corrective action. I all ready tried to connect with rcom appellate authority delhi I have the mail communication with them with prescribed complaint format and i surprised when misguiding response came seems don’t wanted accept my complaint.
