Reliance Broadband Sending Bills After Terminating Connections

Was using Reliance Broadband & Landline and the connection went off on 30 May 2014. Complaint raised on same day with SR#220903799. Complaint never got closed but till date I am getting monthly bill. Several calls were made but never got any positive response. Finally decided to terminate the connection, request was raised for cancellation through calls and emails but even the termination request is not getting processed, still I am getting monthly bills. Last cancellation request was made on 24th Jan SR# 229357212 which got processed on 28 Jan but I got a bill this month. Reliance have stopped giving service in our society and even they have removed all cables from the society.

I want reliance to terminate the service and provide me a written confirmation that the service is closed and there is no dues on the account. The connection is down since 30th May 2014 and last payment was made in Aug’14. So there is no amount pending on the account.
