My balance has been deducted @ Rs. 83/- wrongly on 02 May. I spoke to the Reliance customer care supervisor who agreed to refund the money charged wrongly. However, my balance was not restored to original value, when inquired it was informed that it will take 24 hours. Even after 24 hrs amount was not refunded. On further inquiry, it is informed that Rs. 43/- is refunded, whereas only Rs.13 have been refunded. They express difficulty in refunding remaining Rs. 70/-. How can they charge customer without his consent & without providing services.
