Online Shopping – Faulty Product reverse pick-up delay

I have received the faulty product on 23-03-2015 and gave the call to customer care for the same on 23-03-2015 and 25-03-2015 for the faulty product. Even dust pan not received. I even mailed to them for the same and their response noted below: We would like to inform you that we are arranging for a reverse pick-up. Please return all the products with all freebies. So please wait some more days to reverse pick up After that we will resolve your problem as soon as possible. They taken the product from me om 27-04-2015. At the time of pick up they said to deliver the product within 2-3 days but till now I have not received. Please do the necessary action as per your jurisdiction. Economically compensated for the delay as I have call them a number of times.
