I submitted complaint about two of my ac split 1.5 ton recently purchased and installed by company. complaint was submitted on 25th April 2015 (Request No 15042506018) and and on 27th April one person from company came and inspected the two ac and told that one of ac does not have GAS and other one is ok and the gas will be filled soon but no one has come to fill the gas till today i.e.01.05.2015. Regarding other ac which does not have sufficient cooling and gentleman told that it is ok , I asked him to get it check by thermometer, he said that he had thermometer but don’t have battery in it. I don’t understand what the purpose was full filled by mere visit of one person. He should have come with gas cylinder and fill it immediately, which is small weighing only few kg. why they don’t have working thermometer, mere telling ok does not satisfy customer. Please get it rectify as early as possible. This season I purchased four voltas split ac two are working well and another two are not. I regret my decision of buying voltas product. I get phone call, reply of my mails immediately but after six days my problem persist as such. I city like Delhi your services are like this , very sorry state of affair. Not only this while installing, the company people took away about 16 feet of pipe without my knowledge. Means they stole it. With four split I should have got 40 feet of pipe. Mine is new house and most of the pipe fitting was already done while under construction but even then about 24 feet of pipe was used and they walk away with 16 feet of remaining pipe, this is very shameful. Any one from your company can come and confirm it. This is the result of getting work done by authorized persons.

Get repair immediately. today is 9th day of complaint no action. summer is already on its peak, I have spent money on buying split ac, when to use it ?? I want to impose minimum five thousands rupees fine and compensation to me as the cost of two ac is about 62,000 /- rupees.
