I had received a message from Reliance saying ” Dear customer , Recharge with rs.57 to get 1GB 3G data , Extra 500MB ,WA,FB for 30 days “. I recharged same amount but till date i have not received the above mentioned offer . When seeking help from customer care , my calls are kept at hold for more than 10 mins . Instead of solving my problem the customer care either ignore my call or disconnects it

The fake offer from reliance cost me RS 57 unnecessarily. Calling the customer care after waiting for 20 mins was of no help.To my surprise instead of hearing my query my call was kept in hold for another 10 mins after which it was disconnected. This type of mental harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
