Respected Sir/Madam I had used Reliance data card with phone number 9397829xxx. I had sent a request to disconnect the number to customer care on 5th june 2014. They had replied my details like date of birth, address and reason for disconnection .Again on 9th june i had sent the reply along with the details and immediate termination of services they asked.But they had not disconnected the number and asking to pay the bill

please kindly see that my number is immediately disconnected and i need not pay the bill for the services which i had not used
