Xolo Mobile – Hanging Bad battery / network issues

I had bad experience with the service center as i gave my phone on 26 June 2014 for servicing due to constant hanging, bad battery and network issues. This was the first service done on this month, which took 20 days to get my phone back on 15 July 2014. But the issue is still ongoing and the new additional issue is that my battery is swelling up now after the first service which was not prior. I again submitted my phone on 16 July 2014 to the center

I request you that is it possible to replace the mobile instead of getting again and again serviced or refund the mobile cost back to me. No one is taking responsibility to give proper reply in mail or customer care or at service center. It feels like they take customer as a fool.
