I wanted to port my number from Reliance to Vodafone. But reliance people are not allowing my number to be ported to vodafone. I generated MNP Unique code on 17th April, 2015 and submitted the same with Vodafone executives on 18th April, 2015. I have paid all dues to reliance and my payment status is negative by Rs.92. Normally MNP takes place in 7 days, however, its 15 days since then but MNP has not been done

I want a heavy fine on Reliance for not alllowing MNP within 7 days as per the norms set by TRAI. The fine should be minumum Rs.10000. It is also for the discomfort that I am facing since 18th April, 2015. I have continuously calle Reliance customer care. Most of the time the calls got dropped. They were not able to give me any satisfactory answer that when this MNP will be done.
