I have ordered telivision on 28th February 2015 from shopclues online site at Rs 25,498/-, i got the product delivered by 9th March 2015, the product was defective having manufacturing defect. I filed a return request on 10th March 2015, Shopcules picked the product on 23rd March 2015 after many follow-up. However till today I have not received my refund for the product.

I have suffered mental harassment for 61 days and has not got my refund of amount Rs. 25,498/- I was not able to purchase another television of my choice from another dealer who was providing discount scheme because of blockage of fund in the matter mentioned above and my fund is blocked till date which is not allowing me to purchase another television. Hence my Amount of Rs. 25, 498/- for product, Rs. 8,000/- loss because of unable to purchase other television at discount, loss of Interest and ,mental harassment compensation of Rs. 6,000-. Total Rs. 40,000/- aprrox loss occurred to me

I want refund of money along with damages caused to me as below: Television Cost: Rs. 25,498/- Discount loss: Rs. 8,000/- Interest loss: Rs. 500/- Approx. Mental Harassment: Rs. 6,000/- Total Claim Rs. 40,000/-
