Delaying delivery i placed a order lumia 640 xl from paytm on 24 th april 2015. order no. 92344xxxx. at that time the estimated delivery shown 30th april 2015. the shipment from the origin city of the product shown 27 th april 2015 10.10 pm from jamshedpur by delivary courier ( awb no. 195015958024). after that there is no update shown in the tracking details portion. when i called on customer service desk at that time , the told the order will be delivered at my place ( kolkata) with in 72 hours. today is 2nd may. already 5 days are over. i have mailed to the courier service several time.they always replied that they are trying their level best. if it is the best level of trying then i can say to the courier company to stop their business. how much time will require to delivered a good from jamshedpur to kolkata(282 km)? i had placed the order as a wedding anniversary gift which is held today 2nd may. today, when i call customer service desk of that particular courier company, they said the product was received in delhi and will be dispatched with in 2 to 3 days. it makes me frustrated. i think if paytm made the delivery by post office it would be delivered faster than the courier company. now what can i do?
