Reliance Mobile – No Service – Bill Generated

I have been billed for 20 days in which I did not get any internet connection from the service provider (Reliance). Duration of un-availability of service : 13th March – 4th April, 2015 These 20 days fall in two different billing cycles as my billing date starts from 25th of every month. : 25th Feb-24th March, 2015(Cycle I) and 25th March-24th April, 2015 (Cycle II) I already talked to the concerned executives but I got no satisfied solution to it. I am using “999 Truly Unlimited” plan for my Reliance Pro 3 datacard with UNLIMITED data usage. Still when I talked to the customer care through voice calls and a series of emails, I got the response saying I have already used 75GB of internet so they will not give any discount in the bill. Even if I used 75GB still the plan I am using is truly unlimited with not data limits, so from where the limit of 75GB coming from even when I did not got the service for complete 20 days mentioned above.

1. I want the refund for the period in which I did not get any internet service from reliance. 2. I want reliance to be penalised for the troubles it has caused to me. 3. I want to make sure reliance gives the quality of service which it promises its customers. Just for the face : Reliance promises 14.7 Mbps Speed for its Reliance Pro 3 but I am not even getting 1 Mbps which is not even close to what Reliance is promising.
