Hitachi – Faulty AC unit delivered replacement delay

This is in reference to the Hitachi 1 ton split 3 star room AC purchased by the undersigned vide model no RAU312HVD, whereby a damage has been detected in the indoor unit while installation.The AC machine was purchased from M/s Sales emporium.The extent of damage was a crack at the bottom right corner of the indoor unit beside the louvre . This was impacting the setting of the said part to enable the complete set up of the unit . The same defect was detected by the service engineer who was installing the unit . The service centre rep Mr. Bikash 09674410xxxx called up on 27th April and said a replaced unit will be delivered on 2nd May , but when i called up on 2nd he said that there is no update on it .

I want an immediate replacement and a due compensation should be charged from the dealer who has shirked off their responsibility, saying its the service center of the brand to take care after sales
