Airtel – Broadband Connectivity is Poor

Since March 06 2015 I am facing frequent Call Drop in Airtel Broadband Connection 040-40216xxx. After daily followups AIRTEL team and its Appellate Team also they are unable to resolve it. Moreover there is no response from NODAL team. Each time they say that issue is resolved and within same day t is cropping up again. They are simply cheating and manipulating with words and sentiments of customers.

My expectations are – 1. Resolve my issue immediately. With guarantee letter for next five years 2. Ban Airtel to do any business in INDIA as they are cheating with customers. 3. Compensation equivalent of 10 times of Annual Turnover of Airtel or 500 Million Dollar, whichever is higher
