ACT Broadband – Intermittent internet connection

Most of the time the internet does not work. If we call the customer service, they tell us they have technical issues on their end. They do not inform us when the internet is not going to work when they are fixing technical issues on their end. If this is not the case, then they tell us there is some problem on our end. And the customer service agent, refreshes the internetfrom their end, when we call them, and the internet starts working. This happens almost a week every month. When we fight to give us refund or extension, they say that a formal complaint is not logged and that is because the CSA refreshes the internet from their. Overall, the issue is intermittent internet connection and we need to keep calling atleast twice a month to get the internet fixed.

1. Continuous internet connection. 2. Monetary reimbursement for our monetary loss caused from calling their customer service, data usage charges in cases when our home broadband i.e. DNA Infotel is not working and cost for the number of days that the internet from DNA infotel is not working.
