I applied for conversion of mobile number 8800525xxx from postpaid to prepaid on 08/04/15 at airtel store faridabad. On 15/04/15 postpaid connection terminated but prepaid connection could not activated till now. I submitted my documents 3 times. I visited outlet 10 times. I have written about 20 mails to their heigher authorities including applet authority but couldn’t get any suitable reply or my problem resolved.

This no 880052xxx is registed mobile number in my bank account so I am unable to do any online transaction as all verification codes land on this number only. And visiting to outlet and writing mails consume lot of time
