Micromax – Phone shut down automatically problem

I had purchased a mobile phone (Model: A114) on 08.03.2014. In Feb 16, 2015 the phone shut down automatically and did not boot again. I visited your Patiala service centre on the same day and lodged a complaint No. N090208-0215-15073170 and they told me that the mobile will be repaired within 7 to 15 days . After 15 days when i enquired about my complaint they told me that my handset was not repairable and I will get a new handset after 7 to 10 days. After 35 days they called me to collect the phone. When i went there I found that the set was neither new one nor my old handset was repaired.. The handset they offered me was very old and in bad condition. I refused to take this phone because my handset condition was very good. In this regard, i had sent a email to info@micromaxinfo.com on 26.03.2015 in reply they have replied vide their mail on the same day as under ” We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay. Your handset is now ready to be collected from the service center. Request you to pick it up at the earliest.” I once again visited the service center at Patiala on 27.03.2015 and company executive Mr. Dheeraj Mobile No. 904170xxxx told me that there is no progress in the repair/replacement of my handset. He also told me that he has sent a email to his senior official and once again assured me that you will get a new handset within 7 days.On 01.04.2015 micromax have informed me through email that my complaint has been resolved and we are closing the case at our end. However, my handset has not been repaired till date nor you have replaced the same or refunded my purchase price of Rs.10400.00. Company Service Centre at Patiala has provided me a handset of inferior model (A- 106) on 01.05.2015 which is not acceptable to me.

I have been running from pillar to post for the last 2 1/2 months and I regret having purchased Micromax handset. As the matter has been delayed much beyond reasonable time and since they are unable to repair my phone or provide a new handset of comparable quality, I request to Micromax to refund me Rs.10400.00 which I had spent on purchase of the phone.
