Our connection is on my fathe name i.e. krishan balab accont no L15RN325181F and old AC NO LR211771 our usage is about 180 units per billing cycle but in last billing cycle the bill shows consumption of 515 units . are sending bill without taking reading from meter from our house and sending bill ae per prediction.when i contacted to sdo he refused to accept our compliant and to take any action.

refund of excess amt in next billing cycle and correction of billing system my mob:-9896371xxx our all neigbours have got bill without noting from meter
