I booked piped connection from IGL in the name of Ravinder kaur closed my grievance.After the frustration from IGL i have asked the company to refund my security money back with interest.But sorry to say company has done fraud not return my security money back till date and not mentioned in the previous grievance in how many days company will going return my security already six months has been passed from the date of booking.This my last warning before going to district forum for the redressal of grievance.The ministry itself not taken appropriate steps to resolve my case i think ministry should also get the legal notice that ministry has joined hands with IGL.I think this broadcast on media also so that consumer can aware how company cheats and doing fraud.

Company should give refund back my security deposits with interest and give compensation Rs 5Lakhs.
