I purchased cell sim under cell no 901804XXX n its srl no 405090019051242 on 25 nov 2014 frm thr shop.i want to use it for net n e-recharge was done for rs 207/- tdy ie 26 nov 14 through internet as per thr adv in tire-ff what it is written 2GB data of 3G n all calls @1p/sec (promotional offer) . Now hr it is written FRC so I did it n benefit of same was not given to my above cell number. Immediately i contacted through customer’s care center n he said its FRC so u could not get any benefit on networking on cell number mentioned above. Its really shocking fr me as this communication company cheating the customers by advertising wrong details.

I feel embarrassed n cheated by this company n my request before ur good self tht either my money be refunded or stern action b taken such comn companies so tht in future thy shld not cheat customers like this. My e-recharge money ie rs 207 be refunded immediately by thm
