Sub: Not Deactivate Connation at the Time of Porting From Reliance GSM To Airtel Sir With due respect I Subrata Roy a service holder of Reliance GSM (Mob No- 9851180xxx ). I applied for port my Reliance GSM No 9851180xxx to Airtel before more than 2 weeks (Port No- EV587714). On 5th March, 2014 I get a SMS from AK-AIRFTA that “Your request for Porting the 9851180xxx to Airtel has been received”. On 10th March, 2014 I talk to a Senior Division Executive of Reliance GSM, who told me that “my number already deactivated in Reliance GSM & the connection will be detached from my mobile within 10th March midnight”. But till now my connection has not deactivated by Reliance GSM & when I talk to the customer care executives they told me that “my port number not valid now & I have to done porting process again”.

So it is my request please takes a necessary action as I may Port my number from Reliance GSM to Airtel as early as possible.
