i have ordered spice phablet mobile from home shop 18 online using my debit card on 27/7/2014 they promise me to delivered product to my house within 4 working day but they still after 15 day not deliver me product ,i many time call customer care & also file complain but they not give me satisfied answer & not ready to refund my 4949 rs,i request you to solve it
