Reliance Homeshop18 Delivering Wrong Dress

I have purchased a Valentine Dress from Homeshop 18. But wrong has been delivered to me twice. And then when I asked for refund, the company is saying that complaint has been not done with in 48 hrs. But the fact is I have called for refund on the same day but the company person has not registered my complaint and now they are not refunding the money.

The dress cost Rs.1150 which is monitory loss and its unethical and illegal to support wrong process and not supporting customer. Need refund for the product which cost Rs.1150.
