I purchased blackberry z10 on Ratan tata funded snapdeal on 2014-11-20, Now suddenly my getting problem so go to service station to repair under wanranty. but bb service station told me that this mobile is not indian version so we can not give manufacture warranty. due to mobile fault i came to know that snapdeal sent me fake product. now my phone is dead from last week. i am helpless. I lost in my business due to phone dead. My business is depends on my phone. I want to refund my money or replacement with new original product.
