The following is the required details for the activation of my Reliance Jio SIM which is still pending since 1st Sep 2016 and the customer care to whom I have a raised a complaint after 10 days is messing up the entire issue causing further delay and harassment for the activation.

Date of Form Submission: 1st Sep 2016 Complaint Raised To Customer Care# SR000001G9AU I would also request to take strict action against the customer care executive called Aparna who argued with me during the entire call and did not transfer the call to her Supervisor for whom I was constantly requesting after she advised me to go to the retailer again though I could hear her Supervisor constantly whispering the comments she needs to tell me in Hindi but he did not own up the call nor did the executive got him on the line instead disconnected my call after a 1 hour 20 minutes long wait in the queue which is so frustrating. It also proves that Reliance Jio is also heading towards the Reliance CDMA way i.e. worst customer care service in the country which lead to its downfall. I hope that call was recorded hence I would urge the Senior Management of Reliance Jio to kindly address my issue to resolve it ASAP and also take strict against against that customer care executive named Aparna and her Supervisor who purposely disconnected the call as I was adamant about speaking to the Supervisor and he was reluctant to speak to me though he was constantly passing on his comments through the executive which I could hear in the background after knowing that I had waited for 1 hour 20 minutes on the IVR queue to speak to them.
