I purchased a Croma fully automatic washing machine on 28th October 2015. There was some problem in my machine and I filed a complaint on 17th July 2016 at customer care of Croma. The representative told me that it will take max 48 hours to visit the executive. 48 hours passed but no one came. I again called customer care and the representative told it will take some time and executive will come on 20th July. It took approx 72 hours to visit the executive. He came and checked the machine and closed the complaint. I again faced some problem 27th July.

Again i filed a complaint on the same day and the executive shoaib came on 29th July whose contact number is 78400 90561. After checking the machine he said that it’s a bearing problem and it wont be resolve here at my home. They will pick up from my home to repair. I asked when it will be pick up then he replied that today (29th July) he will submit the status in office and the next day (30th July) they will pick it up. Next day no on came to pick it up. i called to Shoaib and asked about it then he said that today is Saturday and next day is Sunday. So, they will pick it up on Monday (1st August). I asked for his manager’s number and he didn’t provide me. I again called on customer care on 30th July and shared the problem which i was facing. Then the person who was on senior level (i forgot his name). He then make a confrence call and there was Mr. Gurmeet Singh. Mr. Gurmeet told me that they will definitely pick it up on Monday (1st August). He provided me his contact number which is 8585927480. On Monday i wait for whole day and no one came. Even i didn’t get any response from them. Then i called Mr. Gurmeet and his contact number was not reachable. Next day Tuesday i again called him and he said the part is not available yet and he will call me back with in 20 minutes with the status of part availability. I again wait for 1 and 1 holf hour but he didn’t call me back. I again called him and he said that nothing is clear now and he will call me back when it will be available. After that i didn’t heard anything back from them for next three days. Then i called again on Friday (5th August) to Mr. Gurmeet and he said it is still not available. It is available in Croma’s another hub nearby Mumbai and it will take 1 more week. I asked that is it sure that my machine will be repaired in 1 week then he said that it’s not sure. Today is 10th August and i am still in dark. Today again called Gurmeet Singh and he said that still part is not available and no ETA yet and he will call me back with in 10 minutes. But as usual they never call back. They never provide a solution on time. Even they never say anything about the status clearly. Now i am fed up and want justice and compensation for mentally disturbance because of Croma.

I want my washing machine get repaired completely or replace it. also i want compensation.
