I purchase a lyf wind 4 mobile with reliance jio sim no 07008139246 on 05/06/2016 from reliance digital.no activated on 06/06/2016.on 08/06/2016 evening on wards unable to access internet,when called 199 the executive told me that i am not allowed to use the the unlimited call,data,sms because my no is not credited by the unlimited plan for 90 days.i raised a complaint vide SR0000004778 on 09/06/2016 they told me it will be solved with in 48 hours,but sorry to inform you that your customer care executive did not bother to call me that my complaint is not solved,again i called 199 on 11/06/2016 regarding same problem i again given a complaint no SR0000004F8K. so therefore i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.my alt cont no 09090000911/09438038060
