Sir, I Anand Bas posted in AFMC Pune and I have complaint against Toshiba LED which panel is break down and it is in warranty period. I have purchased 39 inches Toshiba LED from Umang Electronics Gwalior (M P) on 15 June 2014 whose bill no. 9772. LED Model No. 39P2305ZE and Serial No. E14X1500001C1. and this LED is installed on 13 Sept 2014.I have registered complaint on 29 May 2016 whose complaint no is TIPLSR5H0032192 to Toshiba helpline. From Toshiba service centre Pune one mechanic came on 31 May 2016 and after checking of LED he told the panel of TV is break down , I demand from service centre,it will take 15 days to come.when i call after 15 days helpline gave the no of Ketan sir who is the executive pune . but he is not attending my phone.What should i do sir? nobody giving me response. Please help me.
