Reliance Jio Homeshop18 – Defective Product delivered

I purchased a product from homeshop 18.product delivered to me was defective. i returned the product on my expenses.with the product i send them a copy of courier receipt and a letter mentioning the defect of product.they assured me that my money will be refunded in 8-10 days.till now i have not received refund cheque.after 2 months they are saying they did not received the courier.they asked me to submit proff of delivery.i mailed them proof of delivery.than also i have not received my money
i lost much time following them.i lost my studies.Time and study are priceless.i want them to compensate my time,my studies and my peace of mind. I want them to refund my money with high interest.
