I’ve purchased a new Lyf flame 1 mobile IMEI (8694420 27026644) with reliance jio sim (70094 66127) on 26-july-2016. The documents for tele verification has been submitted on the next day. But so far my new sim has not been activated.

It’s been 5 days, A complaint was also registered with your executive at Reliance Jio on 30-july-2016. (complaint no. SRI000000IEWX) with assurance of response in next 48 hours. But sadly, I haven’t got any response from your team uptill now.

Kindly do the needful so that I may use the Reliance’s services as early as possible.
