I want to shift from idea postpaid to Idea prepaid. After enquiry at moga idea office i was told to put a request for port my number and bring ID proof with 2 photos and to come on completion of bill cycle i.e start of the month. I paid the bill of that month and went to office on 2nd january. The same person said no need of id proof as you are staying in same company and told me to come later as they are busy because of their Idea 4g launch. Later they said we have put on the request and wait for 5-6 days till the process is complete. Despite this they generated bill for that month of January and same thing happened today when i went to take my new sim they said first of all clear your dues of rs 620 for month of February even though i didn’t make any call in month of february. I was misguided by their employee whose name is AJAY several times which cost me my precious time and money.
