1. I have been trying to obtain the sim for the past one week, Please note that I am a retired person. I had been to a shop at Bonny Plaza, where I was informed that there are some 600+ wait listed customers and I was asked to provide my name and number in a register and try after 10th sept.
2. So in order to enhance , I was advised stating that you need to get a LYF mobile and you get a sim free, so being a retired person , I ordered one on internet, and to my dis satisfaction there was no sim, I had to collect from a stored it seems.
3. I checked thru youtube, etc where the shop they had informed you need to have a token to get the sim, so thru various means I tried to download the same on LYF mobile, however it said intenet connectivity not available which is I had tried my home wifi, my vodafone and airtel connection.
4. Since I was getting Relaince JIO , I stopped my local wifi connectivity . Meanwhile I also have an airtel hotspot 4 G , airtel data card, Vodafone as well as airtel connectivity on my mobiles, I activitated all these by paying extra amounts ranging from 450 to 950 and have got my internet activiated.
3.I went to Reliance store at JUhu , and was informed that there were no sims available and there is a huge wait list, and you need to take a token, which will be given only after 12th september. There were big fights at the Juhu store and customers pouring in from various locations, it is just a waste of customer time and money that RELIANCE JIO HAS CREATED and mental harrasment. WE WERE BETTER WITHOUT YOU.
4. Now today again I will try at other locations to see if I can get a sim

IF YOU WERE NOT PREPARED WITH YOUR SIM CARDS YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PUBLICLY FOOLED PEOPLE AND MADE A MOCKERY.

EXPECT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND SORT OUT MY ISSUE, ALL OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS SEND A SIM CARD TO YOUR RESIDENCE.
