Reliance Communications have converted my CDMA Internet data Card service into 4g service without my consent, and when I contacted customer care,they didn’t pick my phone, then I approached various reliance outlets in Jaipur, they told me that the 4g conversion will be effective from 15th August 2016 but on 8th August they disconnected my connection and gave the excuse that your plan has been converted into 4g, now go and buy 4g dongle to use it further at rs 1600, why would I buy a new dongle, they should provide it for free just like they distributed the free 4g sim to existing cdma customers, they have been troubling me many times by providing less speed, by disconnecting my connection several times without any reason.
