Reliance Communications black mail me pay that chargis which services i have not use. Reliance active me data card service without inform me.Now disconned my mobile no for force me that amount. I have follow with reliance customer care numbers (*222, 198 ,180030005555) two one week but no one help me close my query. I have two reliance number in month of November 2014.One is my mobile number and second is my data card number. I process my data card closed request 22 November. 29 of November Reliance process request and close my data card and confirm me my number has been closed. After this I check my data card connection (SIM show out of services) and dispose off my SIM. My data card bill generated in 9 of December and I pay that bill.

But in January I surprised to see I again received my bill data card bill. When I call Reliance customer care numbers no body want to address me. I call Reliance customer care numbers approximately 10 times after listen my all query the show they are not able to list me this thing happen approximately six times(I have all call recordings customer care).Now they suggest me I pay this bill and next bill and close this number again. (1)Now point is this I have not use reliance data card services why I pay my bill. (2)Without my confirmation who allow Reliance activate my data cared number(I have all call recordings customer care deactivation confirmation) (3) Reliance customer care not help me close my query become of this is Reliance internal fault.
