I had received a broken case and a fake Xiaomi power bank and when i mailed whaaky.com/ they did not respond on time and they replied saying we delivered a quality product and never responded even after i provided the broken case picture and everything. Because of the broken case i cannot gift it to my friend to whom it was intended to and the fact the they sold a FAKE Xiaomi they should be sued.

I want my money back and assurance.
