I have taken policy in march from agent of reliance, (Advisor Code: 21396944)A.B Capital , they said that reliance is giving some extra benefits with policy (refer mail from advisor for benefits).i have taken the policy. So far I haven’t received any benefits. And even they people not pick up my phones. I have already done complaints in reliance office but so far there is not action has been taken. Seems that reliance is also part of this fraud making because they are not talking action on customer complaints timely and with this tendency these kind of broker looting customer money. I am attaching some mail, which I have received from Agent.

policy commitment is fake so 30000Rs if wasted. done lots of followup and mail so physically tention and economic damage was occurred

My request is reliance should take serious action for this agent and revert my amount back, I don’t want to carry this policy .
