Excess balance of rs.12/- deducted from my account on 10th march 2014. On asking from customer care they explained that you have been charged for internet use as i have already opted a plan of whats app it should not be charged from main balance. But they are still saying that you have used internet downloading. Although i have not downloaded as such still i asked for details of data used by me in downloads but they have not provided the same.its not the matter of amount deduction but they are deducting without any base . Which is not reasonable so i chetan jain claim here to refund the amount alongwith the compensation for distress.

I want a relief of rs.12000/- keeping in mind the size of company and distress i have suffered for.
