DearConcern I am a user of Reliance postpaid connection (09334488xxx)since couple of years. My bill being pending I received sms for bill payment 0f Rs.944 0n dated 10/07/2014 mentioning the due date for payment to be 23/07/2014. I went to my nearby reliance store named SHREE MART located at Kurji Patna 800010.There they received the payment of Rs.950 of which a money receipt was given to me further when there was no response for three days I went to the store for clarification, they turned deaf ear to my problem. Finally I went to Kashi Palace office there Mr.Gopal met me on behalf of the service provider and after checking the records in the office asked me to submit a photocopy of DL along with RS.300(cash).I Fulfilled the requirement then &there.Now after all this exercise still when there was no response after few days I enquired him about my case status and it was then I was further informed to pay Rs.2000 as my number has been awarded so called VIP Status and as per new regulatory norms I have to pay as a postpaid customer.
