At first they deducted 4 rs from my mobile no on 13 september.where i have not activated any kind of service.i called them and requested to deactivate and refund my money.they denied .it alsi repeated today and 28 rs have been deducted fom my account on 19 sep 6.33 pm .for which i requested them to refund and deactivate my service.as thay deacivate the service but refuse to refund my money.

I just want my money refunded at earliest and not this happen in future
