sir, one 1 July 15, the call rate acted is 1.20 Rs/min but earlier it was 30 paise per min.Customer care accepted that the genuine call rate is 80 paise without tariff but still they did not give me the justification of 1.20 Rs/ min deduction.and they use to say again and again that they have technical issue and call them later.I use to call them from another number of reliance because from my sim, call disconnected automatically to customer care.this is the major problem. On 25 June they deducted the 7 Rs but that time also they had technical issue.they are using as a shield by saying technical issue problem and our problem remain same . There is no justification for the deduction of money again and again and only justification answer is technical problem so that call them later again if u want your money refund otherwise forget about refund but calling them again, they replied the same thing.so please take the necessary action in this regard.
