Cheated by Real Estate dealer (Saheb Realtors) in Mohali. I Ravi Sharma booked a flat in Sector 79 through Saheb Realtors owned by Rupinder singh whose office is in Sector 70, Mohali. I paid total 2 Lakh as booking to Rupinder Singh. At the time of booking he promised me to refund my booking money with interest if the development is not completed within the prescribed period. I visited their office many times regarding the refund of my booking amount i.e 2 Lakh. Every time they ask that developer is out of cash and needs more investors in this project. Now they force me to give 70% of the flat in advance so that builder can complete this project quickly. Till date I have not got my booking amount back. I researched on the internet and found that Saheb Realtor is one of the biggest fraud in the Mohali who cheated lots of people and have lots of pending cases in the court.
